When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Estimated delivery to the United States is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Your delivery options and any shipping charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Please see our Shipping Policy for details. Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, we will email your tracking information. If your order is delayed, contact lu092698@gmail.com with your order number.
Returns and refunds
How do I request a return?
Email us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping to our return address in Guangzhou, China. We cover return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Contact us first so we can arrange the appropriate solution.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Materials and care
What leather is used?
Materials vary by style. Our collection includes top-grain cowhide, split cowhide and other leathers specified on each product page. Check the material and lining details for the bag you are considering.
How should I care for my bag?
Store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, water, oils and harsh chemicals. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth and avoid overfilling. Before using any cleaner or conditioner, check that it is suitable for the specific leather and finish and test it in a hidden area.
Will the color match my screen?
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear. If you need help choosing a color or confirming dimensions, contact us before ordering.

Which payment methods can I use?
Card payments are processed through Airwallex, and PayPal is also available. The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and requested change. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed or dispatched.
